Banana-mocha protein smoothie

A high-protein smoothie that combines all of our favourite ingredients – banana, chocolate and coffee – for an ideal morning pick-me-up. Lactose-free and higher in protein thanks to Natrel Plus, this is a winning smoothie all the way.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup coffee (espresso or filter)
  • 1 tbsp. oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Natrel Plus Chocolate 1%
  • 4 ice cubes

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for a few minutes until smooth and consistent. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
